Sanaatan Ayurved endeavours to provide excellent customer service and in this regards it offers a customer friendly product Return, Exchange and Refund policy.

Return and or Exchange Policy:

Sanaatan Ayurved offers return and or exchange policy of seven (7) days to the customer and the customer can opt for a return and or exchange of the product purchased on sanaatanayurved.com if the customer makes the return request within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return and or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original invoice sent to the customer. The return and or exchange request can be made by the customer only if the customer has received wrong or damaged or defective product. Kindly note the below points to know, what qualifies as wrong or damaged or defective product for return?

  •  A product that is completely different from what you ordered.
  • Product that has its main product content container manufacturer seal in completely broken condition and/or there is a product leakage.
  • Product is in completely unusable and spoiled condition.
  • Product is expired.
 
How to return and or exchange the product?
To complete your return and or exchange, please provide us with on the email: help@sanaatanayurved.com
  • A receipt / invoice as proof of product purchase.
  •  Proof of wrong or damaged or defective product.
  • Images of wrong or damaged or defective product.
Kindly note that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered product through images it will be decided whether the return and or exchange may or may not be accepted. No return and or exchange request will be accepted after the seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
Sanaatan Ayurved provides an option to the customer to exchange the product with the exact same product, if the customer has received a wrong or damaged or defective product. The product can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, in the original packaging with original invoice sent to the customer and or by providing proof of wrong or damaged or defective product. If the product for which exchange request has to be made goes out of stock, then no exchange request can be made but the product can still be returned within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product.
Sanaatan Ayurved does not have a pickup policy and service at this point in time, hence it is upon the customer to send the parcel unused and packed in original packaging condition within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. Return shipping charges have to be borne by the customer. If you are shipping an item for returns you should prefer using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your product reaches us safely. Please do not send your return back to the manufacturer.
 
 
Refund Policy: 
Sanaatan Ayurved offers refund within 10 working days, excluding Sundays and bank holidays, from the date of approval of return. There might be instances where the refund might get delayed beyond 10 working days, though we make best efforts to refund the customer’s refund at the earliest. If, you receive wrong or damaged or defective or expired product, you can opt for a refund or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. However, please ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as received. Also, it has to be in its original packaging.
 
 
Refund Eligibility: 
Once the customer’s return is received by us, it will be inspected for the following conditions:-
  •  Right product, unused original condition, intact seal and no damages.
  •   Invoice, product receipt and original packaging.
After the inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 working days, excluding Sundays and bank holidays, from the date of approval of return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Kindly note that the products purchased in the sale amount cannot be refunded. Products sold under discount, Best Deals offer, or other offers or free items cannot be taken back.
  • So, please place your order carefully and only when you are certain that you want that particular product. Read our cancellation policy carefully to avoid confusion and wrong order placements.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Any item not found in its original condition or is damaged or missing or in parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping costs charged at the time of shipping the item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
 
What shall you do, if you have not received the refund?
 Usually, the refund process is seamless and the amount gets credited without any iterations. However, if you haven’t received a refund even after 10 days of your return approval, then we advise you to first check with your bank or credit card company as it might be stuck there. If the bank or credit card company gives a no error report then please contact us immediately at help@sanaatanayurved.com.
 
 
If the following conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse your package and or refund: 
Please include your Order ID number on your return package. All products must be returned in their original package condition, unused and without damage. The package should be sent to the following address. Sanaatan Ayurved, Plot No.37, 38, Behind PrabhuPark, Behind Hotel Sai Palace, Ranenagar, Nashik: 422009.
Sanaatan Ayurved, www.sanaatanayurved.com , is not liable for any product and or product quality issues, customers are advised to get in touch with the respective manufacturer’s customer care for the resolution.
 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
Sanaatan Ayurved makes the best effort to make the products available to the customers at the earliest and only when the customers are certain that they want the particular product. After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within one hour of order confirmation. No cancellation request can be raised after one hour from the order confirmation and hence the customers are advised to place their order carefully to avoid confusion and wrong order placements. All cancelled order refunds would be made within 10 working days, excluding Sundays and bank holidays, from the date of order cancellation.
 
 
Shipping Policy
Sanaatan Ayurved strives to deliver your products at your doorstep in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Your products will be delivered in minimum 2 to maximum 12 business days. However, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or on national or bank holidays. In usual circumstances, Sanaatan Ayurved makes best efforts to deliver your products on or before the promised date. However, in some rare cases of national holidays, unforeseen circumstances like heavy rain, storms or natural calamities; accessibility to the area-to-be delivered; shipping partner policies; wrong address or unavailability of stock, the delivery may get delayed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Sanaatan Ayurved keeps you updated with a shipment confirmation email containing the details of tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and you can keep a constant eye as your product travels all along to reach your door. Applicable taxes will be applied to your order.
