Select the product you wish to buy Then click on Add to cart, Visit cart and click on click on checkout tab.
Or Click on the Buy now tab. Fill Billing Details if you are not registered and click on the 'place order' tab and make payment.
Once the payment successful page appears, order is placed.

This could be due to the following issues: Check if there is a Payment decline or Payment issues. The item you have selected is out of stock. There are some technical or internet connectivity issues. Undeliverable to selected location/pin code.

To track your package:
On the home Page click the TRACK ORDER tab.
Track status of your shipment by entering your Order ID and AWB.
Track the AWB on the courier partner website.
Note:If your package was marked as delivered and you have not received the package, contact us within 2 days of the order being marked as delivered.

If you are dissatisfied due to receiving an expired or a damaged or wrong product, you may
file a complaint with the product photos within 24 to 48 hours of delivery by providing pictures of
the Expired/Damaged/Wrong product along with the six sides of the product box.

Refund timeline will depend upon the mode of payment done by you. Once the Refund is approved it will take 7 to 10 working days.
